Next-day delivery isn't possible for the majority of the brands on our marketplace, although you may see a few brands who do offer this option. We work with (the greatest) small businesses and entrepreneurs, and next-day delivery currently isn't possible for many of these vendors.

Yes! Each order comes directly from the brand, so you will receive a separate email with tracking info for each item once it's been shipped. 🚢
Ugh, we're so sorry this happened! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within seven days of receiving your delivery so we can work on correcting the issue asap. If the product has been damaged, we'd also really appreciate it if you could snap a photo and attach it to the email! This helps us pinpoint the issue and prevent future shipping damages from happening. Just a heads up: items cannot be returned if they have been worn/used (we hope you understand this!). We're also not responsible for wear and tear.

We do want to let you know that we don't accept returns unless the product you received was damaged or deficient. We work with small, independent brands, and the costs of returns really impacts their business (there's also a steep environmental cost involved in returns — in the U.S., the process of returning items emits over 16 million tons of carbon dioxide each year). That being said, we want you to be thrilled with your SLX purchase, so please email us with your concerns, and we'll do our best to figure out a solution!

Your credit or debit card should be charged within 1-3 days. Please email email@example.com if this isn't the case!
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
It depends on how many days have lapsed. Unfortunately, if the item has already been shipped, we'll have to go through a refund process (in which case the price of the product will be refunded, but not the price of shipping).
