Our 'cuidad de oaxaca' rug emulates the city's topography through distinctive contour lines and bold colors that reflect the local materials and outside surroundings.
- All items are made to order, please allow the designated production time for your order to be made. Due to the nature of the natural ingredients, yarn color variation can occur from batch to batch. Regardless, our team ensures color consistency and quality every time.

- When possible, limit the rugs' exposure to daylight and water.
- If the rug is to get wet, blot the wet areas and let it air dry.
- Remove dust build-up with a light bristle brush, shaking the rug outside, or using a low pile height vacuum (don’t vacuum the fringes to avoid entanglement).
- If washing is necessary, simply hand wash the rug in cold filtered water with a neutral soap and allow it to air dry (never use the dryer)

We do not offer any exchanges, returns or refunds of any kind to any of our products including but not limited to: gift cards, desk, accessories, jewelry, apparel, and jackets. All online sales are final.
SENT DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
In the unlikely case of a damaged item or if you received the wrong item. please email us at email@example.com within 7 days to correct the issue. We unfortunately cannot help you after the 7 days or if the item has been worn/used. We are not responsible for wear and tear. Thank you for your understanding.
